Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions seeks a Commissioning Manager to oversee planning, staffing, and execution of commissioning for major industrial projects across Europe and beyond. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, HSE, project management, and client teams to ensure safe, efficient start-ups on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or engineering degree in process, mechanical, instrumentation.
• At least 8 years in industrial commissioning and 5+ years as commissioning manager.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and be assigned internationally for 6–18 months.

Responsabilités

• Define commissioning strategy, planning, staffing and execution for assigned projects.
• Be accountable for Safety of the commissioning activities and enforce HSE procedures.
• Lead all commissioning activities to deliver the project on time, on budget and with quality.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning across disciplines (process, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, utilities).
• Manage internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning engineers.
• Oversee testing, start-up and operational readiness; maintain progress reporting.
