Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist (AI Training) to bring senior clinical science to the development of regulator-ready AI systems. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on ensuring biomedical models reflect correct regulatory reasoning.

You will review protocols, interpret trial results, and provide expert feedback to shape how AI analyzes clinical data for FDA/EMA expectations while maintaining flexible, project-based engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior clinical scientist with hands-on protocol design for regulatory submission.
• Deep experience interpreting clinical data for regulatory agencies (FDA/EMA).
• Solid foundation in biostatistics and translational science.

Responsibilities

• Design and review clinical trial protocols for regulator-ready training datasets.
• Interpret and audit trial results for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory relevance.
• Evaluate AI-generated analyses for scientific soundness and regulatory alignment.
• Provide expert feedback shaping how AI models reason about trial data and outcomes.
• Flag methodological gaps or regulatory misalignments in AI outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule.
