Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to shape AI training for personalized medicine. This fully remote hourly contract role lets you set your schedule while guiding data strategies across genomic, clinical, and biomarker datasets.

You will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and tech teams to ensure data governance, regulatory alignment, and scientifically rigorous data for AI models used in healthcare insights.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences data.
• Experience in analytics leadership within regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable clinical insights.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality standards.
• Ability to work asynchronously and set own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines integrating genomic, clinical, biomarker datasets.
• Lead analytical strategies translating datasets into insights for precision medicine and clinical decision support.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific integrity.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to align data strategy with goals and regulatory standards.
• Communicate findings to scientific and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply data governance and quality assurance to health datasets.
