Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 8–15 years of cosmetic clinical development and claim substantiation experience.
• Proven expertise in skincare and/or haircare efficacy evaluation.
• Strong experience managing CROs and coordinating clinical studies in an international environment.
• Excellent communication in French and English.

As Senior Clinical Scientist , you will lead the clinical evaluation and claim substantiation of our natural cosmetic active ingredients, with a particular focus on skincare and haircare applications. You will play a key role in designing and implementing clinical, preclinical, and mechanistic studies that support the efficacy and differentiation of our portfolio.

You will join a dynamic, multicultural team of more than 50 scientists and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to generate robust scientific evidence supporting our innovations. • Design and oversee clinical studies supporting the efficacy claims of natural cosmetic active ingredients.
• Manage external partners and CROs, ensuring scientific excellence and timely execution of studies.

• Master's degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in cosmetic clinical development and claim substantiation.
• Proven expertise in skincare and/or haircare efficacy evaluation.
• Strong experience managing CROs and coordinating clinical studies in an international environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects from conception to completion.
• Solid understanding of clinical and preclinical methodologies used to support cosmetic claims.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with relevant scientific and data analysis software tools.
