L’Oréal is seeking a Medical Safety Lead to validate product and device safety before clinical testing. You will steer the global R&I pipeline with deep toxicology and safety data analysis and lead decisions on launching clinical studies, collaborating with CROs and cross-functional teams.

The role requires MD (and ideally PhD), strong experience in clinical safety, and excellent leadership in a fast-paced, global environment with English and French proficiency.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor degree required with strong safety experience.
• Proven track record in clinical safety, pathology, or supervision.
• Fluent in English and French with cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety assessment for ingredients and formulations to evaluate benefit/risk.
• Develop and validate safety-focused clinical study protocols for at-risk products.
• Make final calls on launching clinical studies based on safety analyses.
• Serve as primary medical expert for R&I teams, coordinating with CROs.
• Contribute to safety strategy for devices and Augmented Beauty products.
