Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support a dedicated FSP partnership and oversee studies in Poland, Hungary, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. The role can be fully home-based within France and requires at least 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience in a CRO/pharma/biotech environment.

You will monitor sites, ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs, coordinate regulatory submissions, and support client interactions, including payments and proposals.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Holder of CRA certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of CRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment.
• Fluency in English and the local language.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure conformance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).
• Interact with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities including development and client presentations.

How we will keep you busy and support your growth:

You will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards. You will coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).

Senior CRAs handle appropriately sized clinical trials, and support clinical study teams with trials that are larger in scope. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor junior staff members. You will interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities, including development and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Holder of CRA certificate

Other Required:

• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment
• Experience monitoring clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas.
• Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, which may constitute up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment (international travel may be required for some senior level positions)
• Fluency in English and the local language is required
• Additional language(s) will be considered an asset

Preferred:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Study start up activities experience
• For Senior CRAs, understanding of financial management
