Precision for Medicine is building its talent network for Senior Clinical Research Associates across Poland, Hungary, United Kingdom, France and Germany, with a fully home-based role in France.

This evergreen opportunity supports a dedicated FSP partnership, working closely with a strategic sponsor in a quality-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years CRA/SCRA experience, a CRA certificate, and fluency in English and the local language, with willingness to travel up to 50-60%.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Holder of CRA certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within CRO/pharma/biotech/medical device environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50–60% (international travel may be required).
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Additional language(s) will be considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators; assist with regulatory submissions; conduct pre-study and initiation visits).
• Train and mentor junior staff members and interact with clients.
• Initiate payments and participate in proposals and client presentations.
