Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Holder of CRA certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within CRO/pharma/biotech/medical device.
• Experience monitoring clinical trials across therapeutic areas.
• Availability for domestic travel up to 50-60% (international travel may be required).
• Fluency in English and the local language.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and own progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Coordinate setup and monitoring activities (investigators, regulatory submissions, visits).
• Support trial teams and mentor junior staff.
• Interact directly with clients and participate in proposals and client presentations.
