Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Holder of CRA certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within CRO/pharma/biotech/medical device.
• Availability for domestic travel up to 50-60% (international travel may be required).
• Fluency in English and the local language is required.
• Additional language(s) will be considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate all activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators; regulatory submissions; pre-study and initiation visits).
• Train and mentor junior staff members and interact with clients.
• Initiate payments and participate in proposal activities and client presentations.
