Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years banking experience, two in treasury-related role, with 1+ years of in-depth treasury services.
• Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment with composure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication supporting a professional image.
• Ability to manage daily activities with time-management in high-pressure settings.
• Make sound decisions and demonstrate integrity with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional interaction with clients, teammates and management.
• Knowledge of bank operations, risk controls and operational risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage.

Responsabilités

• Research and respond to client inquiries with high quality and timeliness.
• Document all client interactions accurately in workflow systems.
• Routinely apply judgement on moderate to complex business problems.
• Identify opportunities to engage teammates for value-added solutions.
• Listen, analyze, and resolve inquiries or escalate as needed.
