McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Discipline Lead to direct and oversee complex water resources programs, including dams, energy, fisheries, and infrastructure projects.

You will manage senior staff, align organizational structure with strategic goals, and drive high-level client and partner relationships across large-scale engagements. Qualified candidates bring 20+ years in civil/water resources consulting, a Master’s in Civil Engineering or related field, and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 20 years of civil engineering/water resources consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead large project teams and mentor staff.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee extensive water resources programs with significant staffing and coordination.
• Align staffing and skills development with company objectives.
• Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary projects up to $5 million in fees.
• Negotiate with executive-level client and partner representatives.
• Develop and deliver major external presentations and client outreach.
