Ubisoft, based in Saint-Mandé, is seeking a senior Category Manager for Facilities and Professional Services. You will define and roll out global sourcing strategies, optimize indirect spend, and report to the Director of Procurement Strategy.

Your role focuses on driving savings, supplier leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead FPS buyers, coordinate with procurement directors, and ensure compliant implementation while delivering measurable performance improvements for

Qualifications

• Solid experience as Buyer or Category Manager in Facilities & Professional Services / Indirect Procurement.
• Global procurement strategies and strong understanding of procurement function.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong plus in an international setting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organized, analytical, rigorous with business acumen.
• Clear communicator and influencer with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand Ubisoft's needs in your category, working with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain market dynamics knowledge and manage key supplier relationships.
• Define procurement strategy and roadmap; levers: buy cheaper, better, less.
• Coordinate implementation with procurement directors, buyers, and suppliers.
• Provide regular support to buyers during negotiations and sourcing initiatives.
• Build and lead FPS buyers network with common processes and tools.
• Measure procurement performance and drive continuous improvement.
