Ubisoft is seeking a Category Manager for Facilities and Professional Services to lead global sourcing strategies and optimize indirect spend. Based in Saint-Mandé, you will define procurement roadmaps, manage supplier panels, and drive cost-saving initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with procurement directors, buyers, and internal customers, building a network of FPS buyers and ensuring compliant implementation of the strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior individual contributor role in procurement.
• Experience in Facilities & Professional Services / General Expenses / Indirect Procurement.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand Ubisoft's needs in your category and work with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics and manage key supplier relationships.
• Define the procurement strategy for your category and the roadmap for implementation.
• Coordinate strategy implementation with procurement directors, buyers, suppliers and internal customers.
• Provide regular support to buyers during negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Build and lead a network of FPS buyers and establish common processes and tools.
• Measure procurement performance with KPIs and continuously improve alignment with market changes.
