Ubisoft is looking for a senior Category Manager for Facilities and Professional Services to define and roll out global sourcing strategies while aligning local procurement teams. You will lead a network of FPS buyers, optimize supplier relationships, and drive savings, coverage, and governance across markets.

You’ll report to the Procurement Strategy Director and work from Saint-Mandé, contributing to Ubisoft’s evolving procurement maturity in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as Buyer or Category Manager in indirect procurement.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with organizational rigor and business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Understand Ubisoft needs and work with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics and supplier ecosystems.
• Define procurement strategy and roadmaps for your category.
• Coordinate strategy implementation with procurement teams and suppliers.
• Provide regular support during negotiations and strategic sourcing.
• Build and lead FPS buyers network and standardize processes.
• Measure KPIs and continuously improve procurement performance.
