Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for DEWALT Tools & Solutions to lead end-to-end product launches and major campaigns across EMEA ANZ.

You will own GTM planning with Product and Commercial teams and drive brand equity through strategic campaigns. The role requires experience in brand management or integrated marketing, with a track record of multi-channel campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, and strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in brand management and/or integrated marketing.
• Experience leading complex product launches and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, project management and commercial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end launch of new products and key innovation campaigns across the DEWALT Tools & Solutions portfolio in EMEA ANZ.
• Own go‑to‑market planning with Product and Commercial teams, ensuring launches are on time, on brand and commercially strong.
• Develop insight‑led campaign strategies and platforms that drive awareness, consideration and conversion with professional end users.
• Oversee creation, localization and deployment of launch and campaign assets across channels and touchpoints.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product Management, Digital, Shopper Marketing, Product Commercialisation Management and global brand teams for integrated execution.
• Build engagement with local and regional markets through regular communication, launch toolkits and activation support.
• Champion brand excellence by embedding best practices, developing brand tools and coaching team capability.
