Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Amazon EU Category Manager to shape the Amazon category and product strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role combines strategy, analytics and cross-functional launches in a hybrid setup with Lyon as a core hub.

You will define product assortment, pricing, forecasts, and launch plans, collaborating with marketing, finance and regional teams to drive growth and strengthen brand performance in eCommerce.

Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
  • Experience Marketing and/or Analytics and/or Category/Product Management.
  • Proficiency in advertising analytics tools (e.g. Excel) and data visualization tools (Power BI) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excel in collaborative and cross-functional work within a global organization.
  • Fluent in business English.

What You’ll Do

Join the EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team and help shape our Amazon growth strategy across the region.

In this role, you will lead category strategy for Amazon EU, defining product assortment, pricing, forecasts, and launch plans to drive growth and strengthen brand performance.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, demand planning, and regional teams to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver winning product strategies for eCommerce.

Who You Are
