Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for DEWALT Tools & Solutions to lead end-to-end launches and campaigns across EMEA ANZ, turning product innovation into market-ready programs. The role collaborates with Product, Digital, Shopper Marketing and global teams to drive brand equity and commercial results while adapting to multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in brand management and/or integrated marketing across relevant sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering brand strategies and campaigns.
• Expertise in brand positioning and creating compelling narratives.
• Experience leading complex product launches, paid media campaigns, and multi-channel marketing.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, project management and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA ANZ and adapt to multiple markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end launches of new products and key campaigns in EMEA ANZ.
• Own go-to-market planning with Product and Commercial teams, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop insight-led campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Oversee creation, localization and deployment of launch assets across channels.
• Partner with Product Management, Digital, Shopper Marketing and global brand teams for integrated execution.
• Engage with local and regional markets through regular communication, launch toolkits and activation support.
