PepsiCo France is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to drive sustainable growth across our FMCG portfolio. You will lead cross-functional projects, influence key decisions and shape brand strategy in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires 8+ years in FMCG marketing, strong budget management, and fluency in English and French. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain and external agencies to deliver impactful brand initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG Marketing.
• Proven experience in Brand Management and delivering business growth.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities.
• Fluency in English & French, both written and spoken.
• Experience working within complex matrix and international organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the business leader for your brand portfolio, owning KPIs including volumes, market share, P&L and marketing budgets.
• Develop and recommend annual brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the execution of marketing initiatives with strong business impact.
• Define and oversee integrated communication and media strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Drive portfolio initiatives including innovation and long-term brand development projects.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and international teams for strategic alignment and execution.
• Partner with Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain and external agencies.
• Influence key business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
