Job summary

Bel Group seeks a senior brand professional to drive KIRI’s 5-year plan, lead innovation and renovation projects, and partner with markets, R&D and factories. You’ll manage a junior brand manager and coordinate with local teams to hit growth targets.

You will report to the Global Head of Kiri innovation and ensure delivery with a consumer-first mindset, balancing P&L outcomes and budget allocations.

Qualifications

• Minimum business or marketing bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in CPG marketing or brand management.
• At least 3 years leading innovation/product development cross-functional projects from concept to Return of Experience.

Responsibilities

• Market dynamics: understand consumer needs and market challenges in key countries.
• Portfolio & brand strategy: contribute to brand plans and define the innovation pipeline with local markets.
• Positive inno-reno: lead cross-functional innovation projects and secure commitments from countries.
• Team management: lead a junior brand manager and an intern; provide feedback and develop skills.
