Qualifications

• Senior level, 4+ years in a product company or startup.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and motion tools.
• Comfortable with generative AI and exploring new approaches in design.
• Strong understanding of growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design.
• Ability to scale and deliver high volumes of assets.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Alan's visual identity and brand systems across touchpoints.
• Own briefs end-to-end: understand problems, shape strategy, explore, prioritize, and ship solutions.
• Create and art-direct campaigns/assets across web, landing pages, email, ads, and social channels.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Brand to translate objectives into visuals that convert.
• Extend brand design into Health & Prevention area alongside core Brand responsibilities.
• Scale production to deliver high volumes of assets while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Leadership & mentoring: lead roadmaps, align stakeholders, mentor designers and non-designers.
