Вы будете арт-дирекить веб-кампании, лендинги, email-рассылку и рекламу, обеспечивая масштабирование материалов без потери качества. Готовность к релокации в Париж или другие города Европы приветствуется.

Qualifications

• 4+ лет опыта, желательно в продуктовой компании или стартапе.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Уверенное владение Adobe Creative Suite и Figma.
• Комфорт работа с инструментами генеративного ИИ в рамках бренд-гайдингов.
• Сильное понимание роста, кампаний и конверсионно-ориентированного дизайна.
• Способность выпускать большой объём материалов, сохраняя бренд-единообразие.
• Опыт дизайна для сайтов, соцсетей, email-рассылки и display-рекламы.
• Умение ясно объяснять творческие решения.
• Портфолио с реальными работами продукта/компании.
• Готовность к релокации в Париж, Марсель, Бордо, Мадрид, Брюссель или Барселону.
• Будет плюсом: 3D-навыки.

Responsibilities

• Определение и развитие визуальной идентичности Alan на всех точках контакта.
• Полный цикл Briefs: анализ проблемы, стратегия, выбор вариантов, приоритеты и реализация решений.
• Руководство арт-дирекцией веб-кампаний и материалов для лендингов, email, рекламы и соцсетей.
• Сотрудничество с продуктом, маркетингом и брендом для превращения бизнес-целей в визуалы, конвертирующие аудиторию.
• Расширение визуального дизайна в Health & Prevention вместе с маркетингом.
• Масштабирование производства материалов при сохранении качества и согласованности бренда.
• Формирование дорожной карты, согласование заинтересованных сторон и коммуникация прогресса.
• Наставничество дизайна и обучение сотрудников, развитие команды.
• Эксперименты с AI‑потоками и внедрение инструментов для повышения качества и скорости.
• Определение использования маскота и визуального мира Alan.

Define and evolve Alan’s visual identity and brand systems across every touchpoint Own briefs end to end: understand business problems, shape strategy, explore options, prioritize, and deliver solutions Create and art-direct web campaigns and assets for landing pages, email, advertising, and social channels, using art direction, motion, and video Partner with Product, Marketing, and Brand to turn business objectives into visuals that convert Extend brand design into Health & Prevention alongside core Marketing & Brand responsibilities Scale asset production while maintaining quality and brand consistency Shape roadmaps, align stakeholders around proposals and trade-offs, and communicate progress and plans Coach and mentor designers and non-designers, provide thoughtful feedback, and support their growth through creative or technical leadership Consolidate and scale visual identity across web, email, ads, social, and landing pages Grow motion and video capabilities Create physical and event experiences that bring the brand to life beyond screens Experiment with AI-enabled design workflows and turn emerging tools into practical improvements in quality, speed, and impact Shape how Alan’s mascot and visual universe are used

At least 4 years of experience, ideally in a product company or startup Fluent in English Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Comfortable with generative AI tools and experimenting within brand guidelines Strong understanding of growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design, including how visuals drive business outcomes Able to deliver high volumes of assets while maintaining quality and brand consistency Able to understand business objectives and audiences and independently turn briefs into impactful visuals Experienced designing for websites, social media, email marketing, and display ads Able to communicate and explain creative choices compellingly Structured, with an understanding that goals and constraints need to be clarified before execution Portfolio showing real product or company work, illustration skills, and range across formats Based in or open to relocating to Paris, Marseille, Bordeaux, Madrid, Brussels, or Barcelona Будет плюсом: familiarity with target audience, branding, UX, and conversion optimization; strong 3D skills
