HKU Careers invites applications for a Senior Technical Assistant in the Bioresearch Support Core at the Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS). The role provides training and technical support to users, manages and maintains laboratory instruments, and assists in procurement and stock management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biological or Biomedical research related is a plus.
• Experience in administration and procurement is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Candidates with higher qualifications or more experience may be considered for Senior Technical Officer/Technical Officer.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training and technical support to users utilizing laboratory instruments.
• Manage and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Assist in procurement and stock management of laboratory consumables.
• Handle documents and prepare reports.
• Provide organizational support for events and seminars.
