Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories in France is seeking an experienced Biometry Manager to lead the Late-Stage Development Biometry Team. You will oversee a multidisciplinary group of statisticians and data managers, delivering scientifically rigorous biometry support across the portfolio and guiding strategic decisions.

This senior role partners with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and RWE to ensure high-quality, compliant, and inspection-ready outputs for pivotal Phase III

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of pivotal Phase III studies and registration programmes.
• Ensure delivery of data management and statistical activities across the portfolio.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant, and inspection-ready biometry outputs.
• Identify, anticipate and mitigate operational, scientific and regulatory risks.
• Escalate critical issues and resolve them in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead and contribute to regulatory submissions and health-authority interactions.
• Act as the primary Biometry partner for late-stage development.
• Build strong relationships across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and RWE.
• Support portfolio reviews, development plans and governance discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern analytical approaches.
