Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories is seeking a Biometry Manager in Toulouse to lead the Late-Stage Development Biometry Team. You will supervise statisticians and data managers supporting pivotal Phase III studies, regulatory submissions, and health-authority interactions to ensure high-quality biometry outputs.

The role emphasizes scientific leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development while advancing innovative methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field.
• 12-15+ years in pharmaceutical development with late-stage biometry.
• Experience leading teams in pharma or CRO.
• Proven track record in pivotal Phase III submissions.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary biometry team for late-stage portfolio.
• Ensure high-quality, inspection-ready outputs and regulatory readiness.
• Drive biometry strategy for regulatory submissions and health-authority interactions.
• Collaborate across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs.
• Mentor and develop team talent and capacity planning.
