Job summary

Pierre Fabre is seeking a Biometry Manager to lead the Late-Stage Development Biometry Team in Toulouse, with on-site work and the option to work from home up to 2 days per week. This senior role oversees statisticians and data managers supporting pivotal Phase III studies and regulatory submissions, driving scientific excellence and portfolio delivery.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or related quantitative field.
• 12–15+ years in pharmaceutical development, including late-stage biostatistics.
• Proven experience leading teams within pharma or CROs.
• Experience supporting pivotal Phase III studies and EMA/FDA submissions.
• Experience working in complex cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of statisticians and data managers in late-stage development.
• Provide strategic biometry oversight for pivotal Phase III studies and regulatory submissions.
• Drive high-quality, compliant biometry outputs and inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and RWE teams.
• Contribute to governance discussions and portfolio reviews with senior leadership.
