Exyte in Paris seeks a Manager BIM/VDC to oversee BIM and VDC processes across the project lifecycle for data center programs, enabling efficient collaboration among engineering, construction, clients and supply chain partners.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive model health, clash detection, 4D sequencing, and automated workflows, while advancing digital delivery and site execution planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• Several years of BIM Management experience on large-scale projects such as data centers.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary BIM coordination teams.
• Expertise with Revit, Navisworks and BIM collaboration platforms like Revizto or ACC.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and information management.
• Experience with IFC standards, data exchange workflows, and scripting.

Responsabilités

• Lead BIM and VDC activities for large-scale data center projects from design through construction.
• Manage and maintain fully coordinated multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with Exyte BIM standards and BEPs.
• Facilitate collaboration between architecture, structural, MEP and construction teams.
• Manage information exchange and model integration across stakeholders.
• Perform and coordinate clash detection reviews using Navisworks/Revizto.
• Drive issue resolution and timely closure of coordination actions.
• Develop 4D construction simulations using Navisworks Timeliner or Synchro.
• Support digital construction initiatives and site execution planning.
• Produce project BIM reports and KPI tracking.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM/VDC workflows.
