Exyte is seeking a Manager BIM/VDC to oversee BIM and VDC implementations across the project lifecycle for large-scale data center projects. You will orchestrate multidisciplinary BIM models and ensure adherence to Exyte standards and BEPs, driving collaboration among architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and construction teams.

You will coordinate information exchange, perform clash detection reviews, and develop 4D simulations using Navisworks Timeliner, Synchro, or equivalent

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in BIM Management within data center, mission-critical, industrial, or other complex construction projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination and managing BIM/VDC teams.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM tools and collaboration platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, ACC).

Responsabilités

• Lead BIM and VDC activities for large-scale data center projects from design through construction.
• Manage and maintain fully coordinated multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with Exyte BIM standards, BEPs, and quality procedures.
• Facilitate collaboration between architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and construction teams.
• Manage information exchange and model integration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate clash detection reviews using Navisworks, Revizto, or similar platforms.
• Develop 4D construction simulations and sequencing workflows using Navisworks Timeliner, Synchro, or equivalent tools.
• Support digital construction initiatives, model-based coordination and site execution planning.
• Produce project BIM reports, KPI tracking and model health assessments.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM/VDC workflows.

As Manager BIM/VDC, you will oversee the implementation of BIM and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring efficient collaboration between engineering disciplines, construction teams, clients and supply chain partners.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead BIM and VDC activities for large-scale data center projects from design through construction.
• Manage and maintain fully coordinated multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with Exyte BIM standards, project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and quality procedures.
• Facilitate collaboration between architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and construction teams.
• Manage information exchange and model integration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform and coordinate clash detection reviews using Navisworks, Revizto, or similar platforms.
• Drive issue resolution processes and ensure timely closure of coordination actions.
• Develop and support 4D construction simulations and sequencing workflows using Navisworks Timeliner, Synchro, or equivalent tools.
• Support digital construction initiatives, model-based coordination and site execution planning.
• Produce project BIM reports, KPI tracking and model health assessments.
• Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM, VDC and automation workflows across the organization.

Show your expertise

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in BIM Management within data center, mission‑critical, industrial, or other complex construction projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination and managing BIM/VDC teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms such as Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Forma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, model federation, information management, and digital delivery processes.
• Experience with IFC standards, data exchange workflows, and parameter management.
• Familiarity with BIM automation and scripting using Dynamo, Python, APIs, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting 4D planning and construction sequencing using Navisworks Timeliner, Synchro, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of MEP and structural coordination within technically complex facilities, ideally data centers.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, international project environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in French and English.
