Mercury is seeking a BIM Lead to lead and coordinate the BIM team on Paris projects. You will ensure workflows, deliverables, and integration with design teams while mentoring staff and reporting progress to management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BIM leadership, strong organisation, communication, and collaboration skills, and a proactive work style. This role requires occasional site travel and supports Mercury’s growth across sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as BIM Lead.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.

Responsabilités

• Provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team on designated projects.
• Performance manage BIM personnel on designated projects – delegating and managing workloads as required.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to BIM project team.
• Ensure workflows are in place and the team understands them.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure timely sign-off of drawings and escalate when needed.
• Ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met per project schedules.
• Produce weekly project reports highlighting status and plans.
• Interface with the client as required.
• Attend project meetings, protecting Mercury’s and the BIM team’s interests.
• Drive BIM team strategy and coordination across the project and department.
• Travel to sites may be required.
