Job summary

Elusav Recruitment Ltd. in Paris seeks a BIM Lead to drive BIM strategy across pharma projects, focusing on MEP systems. You will implement BEP per ISO 19650, manage model standards, data exchange, and coordination across disciplines, engaging clients and vendors to ensure compliant digital delivery.

You will guide design to fabrication and commissioning, leveraging Revit, Navisworks and related tools, with leadership across multidisciplinary teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a BIM/lead role in construction or pharma
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or construction management
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring ability

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain BEP per ISO 19650 and client standards
• Define model authoring standards, naming conventions and data exchange protocols
• Coordinate MEP (HVAC, process utilities, cleanroom) and electrical models
• Lead clash detection, model federation and spatial coordination across disciplines
• Interface with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors on BIM strategy
• Support GMP/GxP validation and regulatory requirements in BIM workflows
• Oversee fabrication-level models for modular/off-site construction
• Ensure BIM outputs align with sequencing, installation logic and site constraints
• Mentor BIM coordinators and engineers, promote best practices in BIM and digital delivery
