Trustpair, a vendor validation platform protecting 550+ enterprises, is hiring two engineers for its Engineering Department in France. You will design and implement scalable features, collaborate on architecture, and contribute to testing and release cycles in a fast-growing product.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails back end development.
• Ability to conceive the technical design of a complex product feature.
• Experience on a rapidly growing product; knowledge of large-scale web architectures.
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience in API development with emphasis on resilience, scalability and security.
• Fluent in English.
• Desire to tackle long-term technical challenges.

Responsabilités

• Take the lead in creating innovative features and maintain code quality.
• Contribute to architecture, code development, and release launches.
• Support critical services ensuring secure payments for customers.
• Stay updated on technology trends and propose stack improvements.
• Foster engineering excellence with code reviews, TDD, and mentorship.
