Fuse Energy, a fast-growing energy startup, is hiring a Senior/Lead Backend Engineer to build the core digital infrastructure for a next-generation energy company. This is a remote role with collaboration across product to deliver scalable backend systems.

You will create real-time digital twin models, design high-volume data pipelines, and own backend components from conception through production, helping lower costs and pass savings to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and build complex systems.
• Hands-on experience shipping highly available production systems.
• Demonstrable excellence as a software engineer.

Responsabilités

• Construct a real-time digital twin of our renewable generation and customer demand.
• Develop messaging interfaces with our third-party providers.
• Build high-volume pipelines for processing customer energy consumption.
• Build the backend of a world-class energy app.
• Take ownership of projects and drive change.
