BoostHire LLC is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join the backend team and build scalable services for core fintech products. You will design APIs, work on secure payments, and collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features.

You will contribute to system design, write clean code, and stay ahead of Java best practices. The role emphasizes performance, security, and a proactive, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development with strong Java (Java 11+) expertise.
• Solid grasp of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiar with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Passion for performance, security, and clean architecture.
• A team player who’s also self-driven and proactive in solving problems.

Responsabilités

• Build and optimize scalable Java microservices powering our core fintech products.
• Design APIs and backend workflows for secure payments, account management, and financial data.
• Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to deliver smooth, reliable end-to-end features.
• Contribute to system design decisions and architectural improvements.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code — and help set coding standards for the team.
• Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
