MLabs Ltd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale backend services for a high-performance platform. You will own critical projects from APIs to databases, collaborating with product and security to turn complex requirements into production-ready systems.

Requirements include 8+ years in backend software engineering in fintech/blockchain, TS expertise, and experience with AWS, databases, and secure SDLC practices. Remote-first role with US/EU options and travel support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend software engineering in fintech/blockchain
• Strong TypeScript expertise; proficiency in Rust/Go/C++
• Experience building scalable APIs, infrastructure, and developer tools
• Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, NoSQL; AWS services
• CI/CD, observability, SSDLC, and secure coding practices
• Security knowledge: cryptography basics, PKI, backend security fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving, clear communication under pressure

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Architect databases and microservices for performance and reliability
• Own the full SDLC from requirements to production deployment
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure system resilience
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development standards
• Collaborate with product and security on technical roadmaps
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and client discussions
