Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development in PHP or Go.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience building production systems with high traffic.
• Proficient in clean, well-tested code following SOLID and DDD.
• Ability to design scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs.
• Lead architectural decisions and technical design.
• Migrate from monolith to microservices and define bounded contexts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and engineering teams.
• Ensure observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Own the full delivery cycle from design to production monitoring.
• Mentor teammates and uphold code quality.
• Continuously improve system performance and reliability.
