United States Digital Space LLC is building a new Commercial Systems and Intelligence squad at the intersection of data, backend engineering, and sales operations. You’ll help automate commission workflows, design scalable APIs, and establish robust data models in a fintech-like domain.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, Go-based backend work, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver trusted systems used by sales leadership and analytics teams globally.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering background in Go
• APIs and distributed systems with clear contracts
• Fluent in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and analytical databases (Snowflake)
• Experience with Kafka-based event-driven systems and event sourcing
• Auditable, high-trust fintech-like systems experience
• Built services from scratch in greenfield, early-stage squads

Responsabilités

• Aggregating data across the company ecosystem to determine acquisition channels and drivers
• Defining data models, API contracts, and rules for automating commission workflows
• Building the Lifecycle Event Log for cross-squad use
• Creating internal back offices and APIs for monitoring commissions and managing portfolios
• Documenting API contracts, schemas, and integration patterns
• Establishing testing, observability, and incident response practices
