United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Analytics & Data Platform team. You will help manage analytics and event platform stacks for over 22,000 customers worldwide, delivering near real-time insights and comprehensive reports.

You will design data models, optimize pipelines, and mentor peers while working with AWS Kinesis, Kafka, Redshift, Flink, and Airflow in a fast-growing, product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years near real-time analytics experience.
• 5+ years with modern languages such as Scala, Python, Go, or Typescript.
• Experience designing data processing pipelines and data modeling in AWS Redshift.
• Experience with Kafka is a plus; production code shipping is expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements analysis and design scalable, low-latency streaming platform modules.
• Translate business needs into data models and optimize for big data.
• Identify slow queries and optimize performance.
• Write clean, scalable code in Scala/Python/SQL and deploy applications.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to performance monitoring and live site ops.
