Earnix is seeking a Backend Developer to join our Engineering team, reporting to the Group Lead to Agentic AI. You will design, develop, and document secure backend services and APIs, leveraging cloud-native architectures.

You will build and maintain microservices with high availability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate AI capabilities into backend workflows to advance Earnix's decisioning platform.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python for backend development.
• Experience designing and deploying microservices in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD).
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, LangGraph, MCP (preferred).
• Knowledge of integrating LLMs and AI tools into backend systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Kanban methodology, code reviews, and collaborative development processes.

• Apply best practices in software development, including TDD, clean code principles, and continuous integration.
• Contribute to modular and extensible architectures that support future growth and innovation.
