Job summary

Pandora in Paris is seeking an Assortment Planning Manager to translate global assortment into a locally optimized cluster offering. You will own forecasting, OTB planning, and collaboration with Global Merchandising to align with brand strategy.

You will drive performance through disciplined merchandising processes, partner with sales and marketing, and mentor a team to deliver data-driven decisions that balance financial and product priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing or Supply Chain.
• 5-8+ years experience across merchandising, planning, allocation or demand planning.
• 2-3 years experience in team management and talent development.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance financial and product-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus).

Responsibilities

• Translate global assortment into a locally relevant and high-performing cluster assortment.
• Provide input into global line plans to reflect market needs and opportunities.
• Own Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning aligned with financial targets.
• Lead sales forecasting based on historical data, trends and objectives.
• Define product investment strategy in line with OTB and priorities.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of forecasts across categories.
• Lead category reviews with cluster stakeholders and Global Merchandising.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, retail training, VM and sales operations.
• Drive go-to-market and Trading Line Up execution.
