Pandora is seeking an Assortment Planning Manager for Western Europe. You will translate global assortment into a locally relevant cluster offer, own OTB planning and lead sales forecasting to meet financial targets.

The role acts as the customer voice within the Global Office and ensures market needs are reflected while aligning with brand strategy. You will drive category reviews, collaborate with merchandising, marketing, VM and sales operations, and guide pricing and lifecycle management to

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing or Supply Chain.
• 5–8+ years experience across merchandising, planning, allocation or demand planning.
• 2–3 years experience in team management and talent development.
• Strong commercial mindset balancing financial and product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Retail/store experience is a plus.

• Provide input into global line plans reflecting market needs and opportunities.
• Own and contribute to Open-to-Buy planning in line with financial targets.
• Lead sales forecasting based on historical data, trends and objectives.
• Define product investment strategy in line with OTB and priorities.
• Monitor weekly performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive action plans to maximise sell‑through and optimise inventory.
• Lead category reviews with cluster stakeholders and Global Merchandising.
• Ensure alignment across merchandising, marketing, training, VM and sales ops.
• Drive disciplined merchandising processes and stock flow optimization.
• Lead local pricing discussions and manage product lifecycle.
