Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in merchandising, planning, sourcing or demand planning.
• Retail/store experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French (Spanish an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Corporate environment with e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Data-driven and fact-based decision making.
• Commercial mindset focused on customer needs.
• Experience in a fast-paced international environment.

Aufgaben

• Analyze product performance and communicate regional market needs for product development in line with timelines.
• Optimize the product assortment across stores, kiosks, pop-ups and wholesale channels.
• Evaluate and adapt the global assortment to include local market needs.
• Play a key role in product innovation and development.
• Monitor collection performance and ensure objectives like LFL and adoption rate are met.
• Support sales forecasting for new products aligned with Merchandising budgets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and Commercial teams on GTM and trade initiatives.
• Guard the brand framework and standards.
• Drive assortment performance and maximize commercial results.
• Participate in local pricing discussions for retail and wholesale.
• Work closely with stores and internal teams.
