Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Android engineer to design and implement features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for a high-traffic B2C application. You will shape architecture, implement streaming and player features, and drive testing and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Android development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Kotlin.
• Recent and significant Jetpack Compose experience.
• Experience with Clean Architecture and MVVM.
• Strong understanding of Coroutines and unit testing.
• Hands-on experience with production Android apps.
• Proficient in Git and code review practices.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Desirable: experience with high-traffic B2C apps.
• Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform, Flow/StateFlow, Hilt or Koin, Room, modular architecture, CI/CD, Design Systems, UI testing, monitoring, and offline functionality.
