microTECH Global Limited in Toulouse, France, seeks a Senior Analog Design Engineer to lead architecture definition, design, and delivery of complex analog ASICs, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams from concept through production.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive full lifecycle projects, and serve as a technical interface to customers, ensuring performance meets specifications, with opportunities to influence design decisions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Microelectronics or related field.
• 10+ years of analog IC design experience.
• Expertise in power management: LDOs, DC-DC converters, high-voltage drivers.
• Experience delivering full-ASIC projects from concept to silicon.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture definition and feasibility studies, evaluating trade-offs across power, area, and performance.
• Define ASIC specifications in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Present and justify technical decisions and design progress in reviews.
• Contribute hands-on to analog circuit design with a team of experienced designers.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Drive projects through the full development lifecycle: design, verification, silicon validation, qualification, and production.
• Act as the technical interface with customers, ensuring performance meets specifications.
