IC’Alps, a subsidiary of SEALSQ CORP, is based in Grenoble and Toulouse and designs analog and digital ASICs for medical, automotive, security, and other markets. We seek a Senior Analog Design Engineer (M/W) to join the Toulouse team.

You will lead architecture studies, mentor junior designers, drive silicon validation, and ensure performance per specifications, from concept to production launch.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in microelectronics.
• Minimum 10 years analog design experience.
• Experience leading architecture studies and customer interactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent English; French a plus.
• Knowledge of power management / high voltage CMOS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Pilot preliminary studies with customers to select architectures and specifications.
• Lead architecture reviews and present design status to customers.
• Contribute to circuit design and discuss trade-offs with the expert team.
• Mentor junior analog designers throughout the project.
• Involve in silicon validation and production launch activities.
• Serve as technical guarantor of circuit performance against specs.
