IC Resources in Aix-en-Provence, France seeks a Senior Analog Design Engineer to develop automotive ICs in a collaborative, international team. You will lead design projects and mentor junior engineers.

The ideal candidate has a master's in microelectronics or related field, 6–10 years of analog/mixed-signal IC experience, and strong Cadence skills; English fluency is required, French an advantage. 3 days per week in office.

• Strong experience with Cadence tools.
• Solid understanding of analog layout.

I am looking for a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join my client's expanding team in Provence, France. This position offers the opportunity to develop integrated circuits for the automotive industry while working in a collaborative and international environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams, lead design projects, and support the development of junior engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing robust and innovative ICs across the full development cycle
• Analysing product requirements to ensure successful project delivery
• Supporting block-level pre-silicon verification and producing detailed design documentation
• Leading design-related projects and presenting performance results
• Guiding layout engineers and mentoring junior designers
• Contributing to verification plans and performing IC debugging in the lab
• Identifying root causes of issues and developing creative solutions

The ideal profile will have:

• A master's degree in microelectronics, electronic engineering or a related field
• 6-10 years of industry experience as an analog or mixed signal IC designer, including project leadership experience
• Strong experience using Cadence tools
• A solid understanding of analog layout
• Fluency in English (French is an advantage)

Please note, this role requires 3 days per week in the office.
