Qualifications

• Diagnosis of paper and digital EDM workflows.
• Scoping of business needs and drafting of specifications.
• Project management for the business (MOAD).
• Preparation and management of the vendor tender.
• Performance monitoring, change management support, and ensuring business continuity.
