Job summary

Keoni is seeking an autonomous Project Manager (AMOA) to lead both project management and operational tasks within a complex data environment. You will coordinate business, technical and development teams, drive governance, and oversee testing, deployments, and production support.

Strong communication with stakeholders is essential, as is managing multiple concurrent projects. The role requires experience in SQL/Databases/ETL and familiarity with pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience.
• Proficiency in V-model and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in business analysis, application management, and IT production.
• Experience in complex data or information systems environments.
• Knowledge of supplementary pension plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and organize governance bodies.
• Coordinate business, technical, and development teams.
• Monitor the schedule, progress of deliverables, risks, and alerts.
• Prioritize business needs.
• Lead project committees, business meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Provide functional and technical support to development teams.
• Participate directly in user acceptance testing and data integration.
• Manage production releases and deployments.
• Produce project and operational documentation.
• Monitor operational maintenance during the project phase and manage incidents.
