Algolia, a pioneer in AI search, is seeking a skilled engineer to advance ranking and understanding features at scale. You will join a diverse team of engineers and ML specialists, shaping which results users see and how they are ranked.

You will work on production-grade pipelines, collaborate across frontend and ML domains, and ensure high-quality, testable code and robust APIs in a flexible, modern workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating pipelines in production.
• Experience working with large datasets and high traffic.
• Experience building and maintaining API services.
• Rigor in high code quality, automated testing and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Be a key contributor to the design and development of ranking & understanding features.
• Collaborate with a team that includes front-end developers and ML specialists.
