Algolia is seeking a engineer to design and develop ranking and understanding features for its AI-powered search platform. You will work with frontend developers and machine learning specialists to build scalable pipelines and ensure high-quality outputs in production.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating pipelines in production.
• Experience working with large datasets and high traffic.
• Interest in ranking & search relevance.
• Experience building and maintaining API services.
• Strong code quality & testing practices.
• Familiarity with one of the major cloud providers (GCP, AWS or Azure).
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Responsabilités

• Be a key contributor to the design and development of ranking & understanding features.
• Collaborate with a team including frontend developers and ML specialists.
• Ensure the quality and soundness of pipelines.
