Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager for the Nexus Shopping Agent to lead strategy and execution across shopping, ads, and after-sales. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, retrieval systems, and e-commerce UX to ensure accurate, trustworthy shopper experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write specs for AI logic, and drive product features while shaping the agent’s architecture and integration with core workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in AI products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompting, structured reasoning, and retrieval systems.
• Experience with AI/ML teams on model evaluation, tuning, and reliability monitoring.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end agent experiences across shopping, ads & after-sales.
• Understand user needs across search, discovery, comparison, and post-purchase support.
• Write clear specs (prompts, retrieval logic, APIs, UI flows) and drive execution with engineering and data science.
• Own the roadmap and deliver AI-powered features for the Nexus Shopping Agent.
