Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including independent leadership of complex, cross-functional programs or multiple related projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create program strategy, integrated plans, governance, and executive decision structures in ambiguous environments.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating priorities and resources, resolving cross-functional conflict, and leading without direct authority.
• Strong experience managing program risks, dependencies, budgets or investments, delivery performance, change impacts, and benefits or outcome measures.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear decisions and actions.
• Experience using data and modern project, collaboration, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve program delivery and decision support.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI practices, including output validation, human oversight, data protection, transparency, and appropriate escalation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead major programs spanning multiple business areas, products, regions, or functions with defined strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery plans.
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts, with mitigation and escalation as needed.
• Partner with sponsors to define value and success measures, track benefits, adoption, readiness, and post-launch performance.
• Create clarity in ambiguous situations, frame options, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend a path forward using relevant data.
• Align senior stakeholders on priorities, scope, sequencing, resources, and outcomes; influence decisions without direct authority.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented communication for executives and delivery teams; ensure understanding of program health and actions.
• Lead the people side of change, supporting readiness and adoption of new products, processes, or ways of working.
• Mentor project managers and delivery professionals, sharing practices that raise execution quality while preserving accountability.
• Use approved AI and automation tools to improve planning, research, synthesis, risk identification, and reporting.
